"Cé hé sin" (michael-m-mouse)

Today is the end of the income tax year in the UK.
It also has a more interesting claim to fame courtesy of Peugeot and following on from the 104, 204, 304 and 404.
Meet the 504 in its various manifestations.
Sensible
Even more sensible
Hard working
Stylish (and quite unlike the others)
Open to the elements
American (spot the differences. There are at least four just at the front)
Unusual
Foreign. The 504 was made in Argentina until 1999 and it got styling changes
Slushy. The 504 was only the second automatic Peugeot, after the 404.
(situated between the front seats on the central console, the new control for the automatic box seems much easier to use than the previous lever under the wheel)
I’ve only ever seen the sensible ones.

Sensible
was my adjective when I saw the sedan at the top of the stack before I saw that you’d said the same. Didn’t those come with about 80 horsepower?

If you wanted them with spark plugs, yes.
The 2.1 diesel made do with 65. Different times.

And probably did so for thirty years, and longer, if you changed the oil.
